I dealt with them regarding my grandmother's apartment move. As stated in other reviews, they promised to call me back at 3 PM, but I didn't hear back until 6 PM. I finally got through after contacting them myself. They told me that Mika Saiki, the person in charge, had arbitrarily decided that a call back wasn't necessary. After discussing the matter with Ms. Saiki, who arbitrarily reneged on her promise to call back, I learned that they were trying to make us pay unnecessary fees (in the tens of thousands) and remove the fixtures. I'm fine with them admitting their mistake, but I was put off by their string of childish excuses before they even apologized. Of course they should apologize first. Thank you for your extremely dishonest attitude. If only we hadn't been able to find the photo of the room in the contract documents, I would have paid the unnecessary fees. And above all, thank you so much for listening to your lengthy, nonsensical excuses, the biggest waste of my time ever. To anyone considering using this company in the future: As the negative reviews have stated for years, they simply reply with the same flimsy, standard text, and nothing has changed. I wholeheartedly do not recommend them. If you do use their services, I recommend carefully reviewing the contract and keeping all photos and other documents to avoid wasting your precious time like I did. This is especially true for older people. You could be sued. PS: My boss suddenly called me on my personal smartphone, requesting that I delete this comment. I wonder how they're managing my personal information? Due to Mika Saiki's schedule, I had to hang up and wait, and I told them to call me on my cell phone, but I did not consent to them using my information within the company without my permission. I believe that managing personal information is vital for relationships of trust, even outside of real estate, but this company seems to be managing it quite carelessly. Employees are willing to share their personal information and call each other's private smartphones. Would they do the same with younger women? I think this is a serious problem in this day and age. Furthermore, even if my boss apologizes, he doesn't offer any plans to prevent recurrence or give me any convincing answers, and I would like him to simply delete the post. What do you mean? I would understand that this would be effective if it were an innocent complaint, but since you engaged in malicious, almost fraudulent behavior and admitted your fault, and this is the response you're taking, it's clear that the higher-ups have a complete disregard for tenants. They really do everything for their own convenience, including suddenly reusing my cell phone number for internal use without my permission. Have you read the reviews? The good reviews are always about move-in. The bad reviews are often about poor after-sales service after the tenant moves in. Good service upon move-in is a given. After all, the customer is the landlord. Does this mean they don't care about after-sales service for tenants?
