After sorting out our wishes, they made specific suggestions from a professional perspective. They also made us aware of needs that we hadn't even realized we had, so we were able to consult with them with peace of mind. The staff were all polite and cheerful, and we were especially grateful to our contact person, Mr. Iizuka. He created a friendly, easy-to-talk-with atmosphere, was knowledgeable about local conditions, and gave us advice that looked beyond the contract to life after moving in, which was very reassuring. While we live in an age where properties can be viewed online, I was reminded of the value of being able to consult in person at a branch. Iizuka's careful assistance from start to finish was truly appreciated.

I was bothered by the attitude of the woman who assisted me. The estimate included a ¥55,000 pre-move-in setup fee, which I'd never seen anywhere else, and it made me feel suspicious. I went to other real estate agencies to inquire directly, but they said they'd never heard of such a fee. I called the woman to decline, but she seemed flustered and said the pre-move-in setup fee could be waived. When I declined again, she became angry and hung up on me abruptly, so I will never use Yumi Life again. I've moved four times, but this was the first time I'd experienced something like this. I think it would be better to honestly list the cleaning fee and key replacement fee in detail. Also, even if it's a busy season and she's irritated, she should at least be able to say something like, "I hope we can work together again in the future," as that's professional.
