Thank you so much for your meticulous work and thoughtful consideration during the renovation of our home. In particular, the staff's cheerful smiles, even on the hottest summer days, made my husband and I feel completely at ease entrusting the project to you. As the work progressed, we watched with excitement every day, wondering how the living room would transform and how the kitchen would turn out. We especially appreciated the advice from the person in charge regarding the wall colors, electric shutters, and loft. Thanks to you, we now have a wonderful, comfortable space where our family can easily gather. We hope to have the opportunity to work with you again in the future. I was introduced to Mitsuwa Architectural Workshop! I had consulted with Exterior Ito, who I always rely on, about a temporary toilet in my field that was tilting (it was installed in the corner of the field and seemed like it was about to collapse outwards), and whether there was any way to reinforce it. They inspected the site and, despite the extremely long distance, readily agreed to help, which was a great help. The location is in Sakyo Ward, near Kurama Temple! It's a 1.5 to 2-hour drive each way! They successfully inspected the site and proposed reinforcing it with L-shaped blockwork. Later, they came to work, and although it was quite hot that day, they said they could do the work without my presence, saving me the trouble of going there on the day of construction, which was a great help. They also took photos of the entire process, which made it easy for me, a layperson who hadn't seen the site, to understand. (All processes—excavation, foundation work, rebar work, block laying—are clearly visible.) Now we can use it with peace of mind when working in the fields, and everyone is very happy. We will definitely consult with you again if anything comes up in the future. PS. You can really do anything! It's very reassuring. 掃き出し窓にウッドデッキを設置してもらいました。 どの大きさにするか悩みましたが、実際に計測しながらイメージを教えてくださいました。日差しで熱くなりにくい素材が良いことを伝えると、LIXILの人工木デッキで提案いただき価格も24万くらいでした。こちらが色々悩まなくても、ちょうど良いものを提案してくださり、図面と価格もすぐ持ってきてくれました。打ち合わせは全て玄関先で数分で終わったので楽でした。 仕上がりも素晴らしく、4歳の子どもも、新しいデッキができてとても喜んでいます。 スムーズにご対応いただきありがとうございました。

They laid weed control sheeting on the interlocking walls and curbside path in our garden so we wouldn't have to pull weeds. They were very attentive to the details, and our garden turned out beautifully. They kept in touch with us from the estimate to the installation, so we felt at ease throughout the process.
