The reason for the 4-star rating is that I felt he still has a lot of potential and isn't satisfied with the status quo (laughs). He's still in his 30s. His straightforwardness in talking about his dreams while cherishing his family was very impressive. While "what kind of company you have create your website" is important, I think "what kind of person you ask" is even more important. Meeting Mr. Uchiyama was the biggest reward for me.
