I was able to buy my own home thanks to Iedoko, a company that frequently relocates for work. I considered several other home builders, but they were all over 10 million yen over budget, and even when I explained that settling down would be difficult due to my job, they only said, "It's okay!" However, only Iedoko provided a plan that took my family circumstances and budget into consideration. Although I went over my initial budget, I was able to purchase a wonderful house. Thank you very much. What I liked was that they patiently searched for properties that suited my budget and the characteristics of a family that frequently relocates. They even showed me properties while renovation work was underway. What I disliked was that I was told on the day of signing the contract that the housing subsidy did not apply, and that they didn't call me as promised several times. These two points were a little disappointing, but I am happy to have found such a wonderful house. The hammock in the photo was installed at my request. My 3-year-old and 1-year-old sons are having a blast with it.
