I commissioned a custom-built home 11 years ago, hoping to find a comfortable place to live, and frankly, this choice was the right one! At first, I was worried that we might go a little over budget, but President Kobayashi's words, "A home is your own creation," gave me the push I needed. Thanks to them, I'm now living in a comfortable space in Fukui City. The staff were all very attentive and polite. It was also helpful that they always provided easy-to-understand explanations when I asked questions. I especially enjoyed discovering something new at each meeting. I actually like the living room, which is filled with light, and the functional, open layout. The finished product is beautiful, the staff are very personable, and I'm still grateful for their passion. Their quick response means I can live with peace of mind, which is the best part. I'm truly satisfied with the comfortable living I get every day.

I was truly satisfied with the home I had built with Life Core. They carefully considered the flooring, wallpaper, layout, and even future retirement lifestyle, and built a great home that combined functionality and design. And above all, what I found most appealing about them was the kind personalities of the president and son. They stayed late to clean up after the work was finished, and they found and repaired small scratches on the floor that would normally go unnoticed. They do a truly meticulous job down to the smallest details. I trusted them enough to keep in touch even after the house was completed, and I truly felt that these people really love building homes. If I have the opportunity to build a house again, I would have no hesitation in asking Life Core Design Office to do the work for me.
