I ordered stickers to be printed, the layout was mine, I needed them to be delivered the same day, because the gift had to be wrapped the next day, I understand that it's fast, but only under this condition did I need the order, also understanding that it could be different, I ordered stickers from two more companies, who did everything on time. In Viva, they emphasized to me that the working day is until 18.30, I expected a message to have time to get there, but they wrote back to me at 18.28, they said that they could leave it somewhere with a security guard, to which I said thank you, no longer needed. Communication with the manager was on the 3rd floor, the price was 4 times higher than with others, it was made later than all of them.
