Unfortunately, I went to them expecting praise, but I was disappointed. I ordered a plaque, and the design was nice, but they gave me one of the displayed boxes. The box was awful, dusty, and in terrible condition. When I went to request the design, they said they'd give me a new one, but that it was just a sample. I was shocked and said I wanted a new one, but they said it wasn't available. If I wanted a different design, I'd have to pay extra. It's a scam! I was traveling, and they tricked me. May God punish them! If this is how you operate, you'll lose your customers.
