They took my number and said, "Inshallah, we'll send you the design in two days." Two or three days passed, and I was still waiting and sending WhatsApp messages, but they didn't reply. When I went back to them a week later, they said, "Your order hasn't even been confirmed yet!" 🥲 Of course, they don't answer WhatsApp or call, and even when I go to their office, they don't confirm the order. I don't know why they're even open.

Their execution is very professional and clear, but unfortunately their response service is terrible. I mean, I have to wait a whole day for a reply to my message! It's honestly unacceptable and negative.
