I had some business at Shimamura, but I had a very unpleasant experience with a male employee at Avail. I didn't realize that the escalator to the second floor could only be accessed from a different entrance than the main one, so I ended up going into Avail, and I was treated like a trespasser. I never expected to be treated so rudely just for making a mistake. He's a customer service employee, after all, isn't he? I was very satisfied with Shimamura's product selection and customer service, but I will never come back.

A young female staff member and a number of older female staff members were chatting loudly at the counter. It was so noisy. I couldn't find the product I was looking for so I asked them about it, but I guess it was a mistake to start a conversation while they were chatting, as a young staff member sulked and showed me something completely different. I gave up because I didn't want them to get blatantly angry again. Please do your job properly and don't engage in waterside chatter during work hours.

I just went shopping, but the store manager, Mizuno, has a really bad attitude. I've been there quite a few times before, but I'm never going to this store again. I had the item I wanted on a mannequin, and when I asked him to order it, he blatantly changed his attitude, which is very unpleasant. The other female staff are always happy to help me when I ask them to order something, even if the mannequin is wearing it, so is it okay for the store's highest-ranking manager, who is supposed to be supervising me, to have that kind of attitude? It's very disappointing, and the items I bought today were crumpled up in the bag, which annoys me to the point that I'm debating whether to throw them away.

I come here often because they have a lot of products that suit me.

Since it was a new store, the interior was very clean. I was able to browse at my leisure without any annoying salespeople, which was great! The customer service at the register also seemed to be of a high standard.
