We are still in the planning stage, but are very happy so far. We were looking for pre-built houses with bigger companies first, but it felt like they just wanted to quickly sell us a house without really listening to our needs. Our first meeting with MyTown was the opposite. The connection felt way more personal. They are also a local company that seems to care about the development of the region. The timeline from purchasing the land to building the house was well explained. We received great suggestions about the house layout so it will be better than I imagined. Finally, they helped with the bank loan application and took care of a lot of paperwork, which I really appreciated. Can only recommend.

I received assistance when purchasing a detached house. Mr. Kondo, who was in charge of my case, was very trustworthy throughout the process. His explanations were extremely thorough, and he broke things down until I understood, so I was able to proceed without feeling anxious. Also, the quick sharing of documents and the prompt responses to any questions I had were very helpful. Regarding the mortgage, he patiently answered even the questions I felt uncomfortable asking directly to the company I was working with, which was very reassuring throughout the entire purchase process. I was impressed by his willingness to help with network wiring and web meetings, even though he said he wasn't very good at them, without showing any displeasure. His gentle demeanor and attempts to understand the background and intent behind what I said gave me a sense of security that he was truly listening to me. I was able to make such a big decision as purchasing real estate thanks to Mr. Kondo. I've given a rather strict rating. I almost gave it 5 stars, but I had to do some work myself regarding the internet wiring, and I was a little dissatisfied with the way the building materials installation staff handled things, so I gave it 4 stars. Even so, I think most people would give it 5 stars. I would especially recommend this sales representative to those who like to receive thorough explanations and discuss things until they are completely satisfied.

Thank you for your assistance with the purchase of land and the construction of our house. The staff, from the person in charge to the receptionist, were very accommodating, being flexible in accommodating our schedules for meetings and even coming to our home to pick up documents. During meetings, they explained things clearly and concretely so that we could visualize the project, and their customer-centric suggestions, such as telling us that it would be cheaper to buy certain items ourselves at a home improvement store, were very much appreciated. As this is our first time building a house, we did a lot of research on our own, learning about insulation performance, energy efficiency, and related subsidies. While I think it would have been nice if the contractor had offered more in-depth suggestions on these topics, they did answer our questions clearly and politely. We are still in the planning stages, but I am already looking forward to the completion of our house.
