There's no cooperation or privacy for the client, and the designs aren't executed as requested. If the client remains silent, they're ignored. We're supposed to continue working with them and send messages to multiple numbers, but no one answers. One number asks, "Who is this?!" We've already paid the full amount... What am I supposed to explain this? "That's why they're not responding." If they did respond, it would definitely be resolved, and we'd be grateful, but... 😕

Terrible treatment and awful manners. I was very optimistic and tried to overlook many things, but I couldn't continue with them because of their bad treatment.

I agreed with them and paid 500, but every day there's stalling, no-shows, and changing the time. I contacted the person I transferred the money to, and she said, "We don't know who you agreed with, and you didn't send the location, even though I sent it to the person who was supposed to come." When I replied, they returned the money, saying, "Since your approach is stalling and not being committed, the owner of the establishment told me she's going to talk to them and they're stalling with even more people!" Can you imagine their behavior? Beware of them! I have all the conversations; it's truly awful. She told me to give her Al Rajhi bank account details or she'd deduct the commission. I told her to transfer the money quickly, and the person who wrote to me has no shame at all! (Such is the behavior of a business owner!) Then she said she wouldn't transfer the money and told me to go and complain!
