I do not recommend dealing with this office. They do not adhere to appointments and do not respect people's time. I booked an appointment for a site visit, and when the time came, the engineer did not appear and did not answer the phone. I specifically mention Engineer Haitham.

Engineer Mutaib Al-Khairi is extremely ethical, and his office is truly different from those cut-and-paste offices with their higher prices. Don't try to haggle over the price of your house plans, which cost thousands of riyals. It's fine to pay 4% of the house's value for the plans. Just be persistent and ask for anything you want in your house, ask for great ideas, and negotiate the price, but don't expect prices like those ridiculous offices nearby. It's best to deal with a Saudi, and if you decide to go with them, make sure you have a formal contract. They also have a service for executing the plans they create.

I got my hair done at their place. Noura did a great bun hairstyle, and she was amazing! Her work was quick, and her service was fantastic. The entire staff, from reception to the hairdressers, were all wonderful. I won't be going there again; it's so sweet! And the hairstyle turned out absolutely breathtaking!

The delays and stalling from Mr. Mutaib are unbelievable! We're done, and now we're waiting for the licenses. We've been waiting for months, and now we have two months left, and it will be a year with them, with no benefit whatsoever for the service provided and the price they're charging! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
