"They were kind and attentive. They showed us around and gave us advice at our own pace, making it easy to choose. We were happy with the wide variety of designs to choose from. The handover process was also very careful; I'm glad I bought from this shop! 🫶"

"Thank you for the wonderful house. We look forward to continuing our relationship with you. We were planning to build a house on a plot of land belonging to my parents (living on the same property as them). When we went to house builders, they only talked about earthquake resistance and high airtightness/high insulation, which was boring (although we did gain knowledge, so we are grateful), and we were dissatisfied because they didn't explain anything about the garden. So we picked out a construction company in Aichi that stated they would "consider the garden together," and contacted Ishihara Style, whose enthusiasm was palpable. I vividly remember when we first spoke with Ishihara Style, they said, "The land will tell you what the floor plan should be." We actually participated in a "showcase day" and were overwhelmed by the comfort of the wooden house and the large wooden sash windows. And above all, we wanted to build a house with the couple, both architects, who seemed to enjoy thinking about houses seriously. Ishihara Style's house specifications are, in a very good way, not "ordinary." The exterior walls are clad in cedar planks, the bathroom is built using traditional methods, and the kitchen is sturdy. Upon reflection, we realized it was a "traditional house," and understood how much we had been trapped by preconceived notions. The quality is so high that it's easy to see why they advertise it as a "house you can live in for 80 years." I'm sure Ishihara Style's houses will be considered "good old-fashioned houses" 80 years from now. And now, as I write this review, it's been about six months since we moved in. I'm often asked, "Since it's a custom-built house, there must have been so many decisions to make, right?" Each time, I reply, "The builder was so particular that we hardly had to do anything," which surprises them. Regarding comfort, in the summer, one air conditioner with dehumidification (left on continuously) and a circulating fan was enough to keep us comfortable. We're enjoying the freedom to customize things like adding shelves to the walls, experimenting and figuring things out. There are many things you can only understand by living in a house, but we're living very fulfilling days. I am truly grateful and feel that I made the right decision to ask Ishihara Style, who continues to build houses while staying true to the "Ishihara Style," to build my home."
