"The sales person was very enthusiastic and helpful, explaining various things like the benefits of creating a website. He also said he would provide follow-up support. However, naturally, the sales person was replaced by another person, and even when I did as instructed, I got no results at all (although he said that it wasn't guaranteed to be effective), and I don't think he even checked to see if I was updating the website. (←He said that if I hadn't updated it, he would contact me and ask me to do so!) Even though the sales person's job was to sell, there was such a huge discrepancy between what they said and what they actually did, as well as the cost-effectiveness, that I can't help but feel deceived."
