"Frankly, I'm so disappointed that I feel like I've been scammed. I signed a one-year contract, but the customer acquisition effect was almost zero. I only acquired one customer (just before the contract expired, a week before it ended). The sales representative had a track record in our industry and said, "I'm confident. You'll see results in three months." But there were absolutely no results. Since then, I haven't heard anything from them. Even when I email them to ask what's going on, I only get generic replies. Even when I ask, "What are you doing?", I don't get any concrete answers. They don't offer any suggestions like, "Let's implement this strategy this month," or "Let's try this countermeasure." Our company simply posts new content almost every day, but we receive no effective advice. In short, I'm paying money, but I have no idea what they're doing. No customers are coming. I think it would be better for society to donate to some organization than to contract with this company. Furthermore, the sales representative I signed the contract with never showed up again. They don't even call. Incidentally, my contract ended at the end of March, but without any notification, the services provided (website and booking site) were shut down, and the MEO (Map Engine Optimization) integration was removed without any explanation.
