As an interstate investor, they have managed to give me the level of assurance and peace of mind to trust my property to them not to mention I also have to virtually manage the renovation virtually. They have been so wonderful, patience, their local knowledge is 100% and I have never felt at ease leaving my property that is so far away from me for them to manage with no level of hesitation at all. Their level of communication is top notch. They ensure they find the best candidates for your property instead of rushing anyone in. Of course you can if you like, but i prefer to get the right tenants and i fully trust their processes. If you are looking for property manager, wont hesitate to trust them. You wont regret it."
