"Total fail. $5,431 spent for 0 enquiries I sadly have to share our very disappointing experience engaging Pivotal Digital to help us with Google Ads campaigns. The Results: Pivotal's Fees: $3,174 Google Ad Spend: $2,257 Traffic: 320 landing page visits Enquiries to our service: 0 After 320 ad targeted visits failed to produce a single enquiry something was obviously seriously wrong. While Pivotal admitted the performance was abysmal, their only "solution" was more time to optimise the campaigns. Meanwhile this "time" would be costing us $3820 per month ($2,400 spend / $1,420 fees) and could just as easily see us in for over 9K a month later and still without a single enquiry. With the chances of the campaigns generating revenue that would cover the running costs, let alone earn back the losses, let alone reach positive ROI now vanishingly small we obviously had to stop and limit the losses. Given the wipeout we requested Pivotal consider a full or significant refund of their fees to help mitigate the $5,431 loss they created for us. However, we were told we were simply "unlucky" and that because they "tried hard," no refund would be considered. As a business owner, I can admire effort but our staff and landlords wont take my "effort" in lieu of payment. To spend over $5,000 and receive zero leads is a total failure to deliver the value we hoped we were paying for and the refusal to offer any middle ground on fees speaks for itself. If you decide to use Pivotal's services you'll have to cross your fingers you dont get "unlucky" as well!"
